摘 要:目的:探讨“双中心”教学模式在儿科临床思维培养模式中的作用。方法:将临床医学专业学生140人,分为实验组和对照组,每组70人,分别进行问卷调查、基础知识考核、病例分析测试。比较两组学生的满意度、测试平均成绩及优秀率、合格率、不合格率。结果:(1)实验组的问卷评分、平均成绩均高于对照组。(2)实验组成绩优秀率高于对照组,合格率相似,不合格率低于对照组。结论:“双中心”教学模式能够提高学生的临床思维能力。Objective:To explore the role of"double center"teaching mode in the clinical thinking training mode of pediatrics.Method:140 clinical medicine students were divided into the control group and the experimental group,70 in each group.Questionnaire survey,basic knowledge assessment and case analysis test were conducted respectively.The students’satisfaction,average test scores,excellence rate,pass rate and failure rate were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The questionnaire scores and average scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.2.The excellent performance rate of the experimental group was more than that of the control group,the pass rate was similar,and the reject rate was less than that of the control group.Conclusion:"two-center"teaching mode can improve students’clinical thinking ability.
