摘 要:目的:探讨翻转式课堂教学模式在护士长持续质量改进(CQI)培训中的应用。方法:采用翻转式课堂模式,以FOCUS-PDCA模式为例,开展护士长CQI培训,培训后通过问卷调查,评估培训效果。结果:护士长CQI工具与方法熟悉度有显著上升(P<0.05),评价教学满意度为(32.27±3.03)。结论:基于翻转式课堂培训能有效促进护士长掌握并使用CQI方法与工具,为CQI培训提供参考。Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom model in continuous quality improvement(CQI)training for head nurses.Methods:using the flipped classroom model,taking FOCUS-PDCA model as an example,the CQI training for head nurses was carried out,and the training effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey after the training.Results:head nurses’familiarity with CQI tools and methods increased significantly(P<0.05),and their satisfaction with teaching evaluation was 32.27±3.03.Conclusion:flipped classroom training can effectively promote head nurses to master and use CQI methods and tools,and provide reference for CQI training.
