摘　　要：通过对德国临床医学教育制度的研究,对比两国临床医学本科阶段见习模式的不同,总结出各自特点,并结合德国临床见习教育模式,对之前中国大学临床见习的缺点进行改革,制定出符合大学附属医院临床见习的规范,并希望借此促进临床医学教育的改革、建设和管理,整体提高我院的临床医学教育水平。Based on the research of German clinical medical education system,this paper compares the differences between the two countries in clinical medical undergraduate internship mode,and summarizes their respective characteristics,We hope to promote the reform,construction and management of clinical medical education,and improve the level of clinical medical education in our hospital as a whole.
