摘　　要：随着我国城市建设的不断发展,各种城市综合体也应运而生。在此时代背景下,本文对城市综合体的整体规划、功能定位、内部设计、外部环境以及绿色可持续理念等内容开展研究。通过对南京景枫中心项目的实际案例研究,探讨了以具体手段实现城市综合体综合化、一体化、体验化的设计要点和技术手段。With the rapid development of the city,the urban complex has been experiencing a quick expansion.In this context,this paper looks into the overall planning,function orientation,internal design,external environment and green sustainable concept of urban complex.Through the case study of Nanjing KINGMO Project,the design essentials and technical means in achieving more integration and better experience of the urban complex are explored as well.
