摘　　要：介绍了门扣手暗坑形成的原因,并通过采用变薄充分,扣手周围加强压,拉伸独立凸模和后续压料板整形等工艺方法,消除暗坑缺陷,保证制件的品质,满足生产要求。This paper introduces the causes of the hidden pit of the door fastener,and eliminates the hidden hole defects by adopting the process methods of thinning fully,strengthening the pressure around the buckle,drawing the independent punch and shaping the subsequent pressing plate,so as to ensure the quality of the products to meet the production requirements.
