摘　　要：对装饰盖的材料、结构与成型工艺进行了分析,设计了侧向抽芯机构及注射模结构,该模具结构紧凑,动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,成型的塑件完全达到设计和使用要求,对类似塑件的注射模设计具有一定的参考价值。The material structure and molding process of decorative cover were analyzed.The lateral core-pulling mechanism and mold structure is designed.The mold structure is compact and the action is reliable.Plastic parts unmold smoothly.Molding plastic parts fully meet the design and use requirements.It has certain reference value for injection mold design of similar plastic parts.
