摘　　要：牙线盒设计采用逆向造型和正向设计,通过数字化软件的应用,完成整个牙线盒自动出牙线的结构设计和外观设计。基于牙线扫描数据,使用逆向软件Geomagic Studio和正向UG软件,按照点云处理-坐标系对齐-格式转换-模型重构流程,完成牙线的逆向造型。再基于牙线重构模型,完成自动牙线盒设计。在内部弹簧作用下,可以实现牙线盒内牙线既方便又无接触取出。The design of the floss box adopts reverse modeling and forward design.Through the application of digital software,the structure design and appearance design of the entire floss box are completed automatically.Based on the dental floss scanning data,Geomagic Studio and forward UG software were used to reconstruct the process according to the point cloud processing-coordinate system alignment-format conversion-model to complete the reverse modeling of dental floss.Then the automatic floss box design is completed based on the floss reconstruction model.With the action of internal spring.floss can be removed conveniently and without contact in the floss box.
