摘 要:河湖连通工程使多水源共同补给湿地成为可能。位于吉林省西部的向海湿地的补给水源为大气降水、霍林河汇水和洮儿河工程的引水,分析了该湿地的多水源来水水量特征和水源补偿关系,提出了保障向海湿地生态需求的察尔森水库调度方案。研究结果表明,在满足发电、灌溉需水量的前提下,在25%、50%、75%和95%降水量保证率的设计年,为了满足向海湿地最小和适宜生态需水量,察尔森水库的起调水位应该分别大于342.00 m和346.24 m、352.54 m和356.49 m、354.41 m和358.35 m、355.69 m和358.74 m。研究结果可以为落实向海湿地多水源生态补水实践、切实发挥国家连通工程的综合效益提供决策支持。The river-lake connection projects make it possible to supply water to the wetlands with multiple water sources.The water sources of Xianghai wetlands in the western Jilin province are from atmospheric precipitation,Huolin River inflow and water diverted from Taoerhe River.The characteristics of the water sources and their compensation relationships were analyzed,based on which the operation schemes of Charlson reservoir were proposed to ensure the ecological demand of the wetlands.The results indicated that on the premise of satisfying the water demands of hydropower generation and irrigation,to meet the minimum and suitable ecological water demands of the wetlands,the initial water levels of Charlson reservoir should be kept higher than 342.00 m and 346.24 m,352.54 m and 356.49 m,354.41 m and 358.35 m,355.69 m and 358.74 m,respectively,in the designed years under 25%,50%,75%and 95%precipitation guarantee rates.The results could provide decision support for the implementation of water supply from multiple sources to Xianghai wetlands and for ensuring the comprehensive benefits of the national connectivity projects.
