摘 要:为了探讨草本泥炭分解过程中其有机碳含量和酶活性的变化,于2017年5月,在吉林省敦化市东沟草本泥炭沼泽中,采集了泥炭柱样品;按照自然条件下5~10月的气温和泥炭沼泽积水情况,在实验室的培养箱中,对泥炭柱样品进行模拟培养,实验时间为2017年5月5日~10月25日;在模拟培养过程中,在每月中旬从泥炭柱上取样,测定草本泥炭样品中的有机碳含量、有机组分含量以及多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性。研究结果表明,在实验期间,0~40 cm深度泥炭样品中的有机碳含量总体上在减小,40~50 cm深度泥炭样品中的有机碳含量总体上在增大;随着培养时间延长,各深度泥炭样品中的难水解物和不水解物含量都减小,0~30 cm深度泥炭样品中的易水解物含量增大;0~30 cm深度泥炭样品中多酚氧化酶的活性在7~9月较大,30~50 cm深度泥炭样品中β-葡萄糖苷酶的活性在6~7月较大,40~50 cm深度泥炭样品中过氧化物酶的活性在整个实验期间都相对较大。In order to reveal the changes of organic carbon and enzyme activities in herbaceous peat during decomposition,a peat monolith was collected from Donggou peat bog of Dunhua city,Jilin province in May of 2017.According natural air temperature and depth of flooding in peat bog from May to October,the peat monolith was incubated in the incubator from May 5 to October 25,2017.Samples were collected from the peat monolith in mid month during the incubation period.Contents of organic carbon,organic components and enzyme activities of polyphenol oxidase,peroxidase andβ-Glucosidase of peat samples were measured.The results showed that contents of organic carbon in the peat samples at 0-40 cm depth decreased,and contents of organic carbon in the peat samples at 40-50 cm depth increased during the experiment.With the extension of decomposition time,contents of refractory-hydrolyzed and non-hydrolyzed substances in the peat samples at each depth decreased,and contents of easily hydrolyzed substances in the peat samples at 0-30 cm depth increased.The activities of polyphenol oxidase in the peat samples at 0-30 cm depth were strong from July to September.The activities ofβ-Glucosidase in the peat samples at 30-50 cm depth were strong from June to July.The activities of peroxidase in the peat samples at 40-50 cm depth were strong during the experiment.
