摘  要:为了研究花菖蒲(Iris ensata var.hortensis)对铅锌矿残渣渗出液的耐性,利用江西省德兴市铅锌矿残渣渗出液和1/4 Hoagland Nutrition营养液,按照不同体积比例,配制出5种种植花菖蒲的培养液;2015年9月25日~11月23日,利用配制的5种培养液,种植花菖蒲,并放置室外培养;培养60 d后,在实验室中,测定种植在5种培养液中的花菖蒲植株的生长指标和重金属离子含量以及培养液的理化指标和重金属离子含量。研究结果表明,随着残渣渗出液在培养液中所占比例的增大,花菖蒲植株的各项生长指标都减小;当以100%残渣渗出液作为培养液时,花菖蒲植株地上部分和地下部分中的铅离子、锌离子和铜离子含量最大,这些重金属离子主要积累在花菖蒲植株的根部;当营养液的体积与渗出液体积的比例为1∶1时,花菖蒲植株对锌离子和铜离子的转运系数都大于1,锌离子和铜离子主要富集在花菖蒲植株的地上部分;随着残渣渗出液在培养液中所占比例的增大,花菖蒲植株对各种重金属离子的富集系数逐渐增大,培养液中的溶解氧含量、氧化还原电位和电导率逐渐增大,pH逐渐减小;花菖蒲对铅锌矿残渣渗出液具有一定的耐性。In order to study the feasibility of residue leachate treatment of heavy metal ore by plants,5 kinds of culture solutions were made up by leachate of residue of lead-zinc ore in Dexing city Jiangxi and 1/4 Hoagland nutrition solution.Iris ensata var.hortensis were planted in the laboratory with 5 kinds of culture solutions from September 25 to November 23,2015.After 60 days,growth indexes and heavy metals contents of Iris ensata var.hortensis were determined.The physical and chemical indexes and heavy metals contents of5 kinds of culture solutions were also determined.The results showed that the growth indexes of Iris ensata var.hortensis decreased with the proportion of residue leachate increased.The accumulation of ions of Pb,Zn and Cu in aboveground and underground of Iris ensata var.hortensis was significantly increased when the culture solution was 100%residue leachate,and these heavy metal ions were mainly accumulated in the roots.When the proportion of nutrition solution and residue leachate was 1∶1,the translocation coefficients of ions of Zn and Cu were both greater than 1.The enrichment coefficients of Iris ensata var.hortensis for various heavy metals ions gradually increased with the proportion of residue leachate increased.The contents of dissolved oxygen,redox potential and electrical conductivity increased in the culture solutions as the proportion of residue leachate increased,while the pH decreased.The results indicated that Iris ensata var.hortensis had certain tolerance to residue leachate of lead-zinc ore.
