摘　　要：移动通信与人工智能技术的快速发展,促进了微媒体移动智能传播生态的形成,也推动了高校思政教育智能、智力、智慧化的进程。面对高校微空间思政教育智慧化发展态势,打造一支"意识强、素质高、技能专"的思政队伍已成为时代之需。高校要坚持问题导向,在明晰思政队伍"微"能力属性,厘清"微"能力图谱的基础上,实施"激励式""应变式"和"强制式"能力提升模式,以促进队伍创新创优。The rapid development of mobile communication and artificial intelligence technology has not only promoted the formation of mobile intelligent communication ecology of micro media,but also promoted the process of intelligentization of ideological and political education in universities.Facing the intelligent development trend of micro space ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it has become the need of the times to build an ideological and political team with strong consciousness,high quality and professional skills.Colleges and universities should adhere to problem orientation,implement the"incentive","contingency"and"coercive"ability enhancement on the basis of recognizing the"digital"ability attributes of ideological and political teams and clarifying the"digital"ability map,so as to promote team innovation and excellence.
