坚龙胆及其掺伪品当归尾的比较鉴别

摘　　要：目的鉴别坚龙胆掺伪品中当归尾。方法取坚龙胆掺伪品、坚龙胆、当归尾药材,采用显微镜、肉眼、高效液相色谱观察两种药材区别。结果两种药材在形状、表面以及切面颜色上较为相似,但在药材质地以及气味方面存在较大差异;药材显微结构观察,当归尾存在油室碎片,细胞多呈纺锤形、类圆形,而坚龙胆细胞多见类方形或类长方形,有纵隔壁、草酸钙针晶、纤维管胞;正品当归尾、坚龙胆中阿魏酸、龙胆苦苷含量在0.1%、1.5%以上,而掺伪品中存在上述两种有效成分,且含量未达正常含量标准。结论坚龙胆及掺伪品当归尾两者在性状、显微结构以及有效成分类型及含量方面存在差异。Objective To identify Chinese angelica tail in adulterated Gentian Rigescens Franch.Methods Taking adulteration of Gentian Rigescens Franch,,Gentian Rigescens Franch,Chinese angelica tail,to observe 2 kinds of medicinal herbs by microstructure,naked eye,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The results of 2 kinds of medicinal materials on the shape,surface and section color were similar,but there was big difference in the aspect of medicinal material texture and smell;Medicinal materials microstructure observation showed there were oil chamber debris in Angelica tail,cells were more spindle,classes,round,and Gentian Rigescens Franch cells were mostly square or rectangle,next to a longitudinal,calcium oxalate crystal needle,fiber tracheid.The content of ferulic acid and gentiopicroside in Authentic Chinese angelica tail and Gentian Rigescens Franch was repectively over 0.1%,1.5%,and adulteration included above 2 kinds of effective components,and the content of did not reach normal levels.Conclusion There are differences between Gentian Rigescens Franch and its adulteration Chinese angelica tail in properties,microscopic structure and effective component types and.contents.
