摘 要:随着动车组运行速度的提升,可靠地盘型制动成为安全运行的关键因素,其不仅影响制动系统的制动效果,更关乎行车安全。实施制动时,夹钳通过闸片作用于盘体的制动扭矩,通过其与盘体的可靠连接传递至盘毂,进而通过盘毂与车轴的过盈压装,将制动力传递至车轮上,从而实现车辆的制动。因此,制动盘与车轴的连接必须安全可靠。With the increase of MU running speed,reliable disk type braking becomes the key factor of safe operation,which not only influences the braking effect of brake system,but also relates to traffic safety. When braking,the braking torque of the disc body exerted by the clamp through the brake disc is transferred to the disk hub through its reliable connection with the disc body,and then the braking force is transferred to the wheel through the interference fit of the disc hub and the axle,thus realizing the braking of the vehicle. Therefore,the connection between brake disc and axle must be safe and reliable.
