摘 要:空心复合绝缘子是高压电器的重要外绝缘部件,同时承受机电热等多种应力。空心复合绝缘子的长期疲劳性能对配套主机设备安全运行意义重大,但相关研究很少。以500 kV典型规格的空心复合绝缘子为试验对象,分别进行了2组有无1 000次弯曲疲劳对比试验,研究了不同弯曲负荷下的端部连接结构破坏形式。试验数据表明,两组试验的最终弯曲破坏平均值非常接近,经历1 000次弯曲疲劳试验的端部连接结构更容易以拔脱形式破坏失效。不同的破坏趋势表明疲劳试验对连接区产生了影响,这种现象应当在生产实践中引起足够的重视,必要情况下需要对其长期疲劳特性进行考核。The hollow composite insulator is an important external insulation part of high voltage electrical apparatus,and it also bears various stresses such as mechanical,electrical and thermal stress. The long-term fatigue performance of hollow composite insulators is of great significance to the safe operation of supporting host equipment,but little research on this subject has been made yet. Taking the hollow composite insulator with typical specifications of 500 kV as the test object,two groups of bending fatigue comparative tests with or without 1 000 times were carried out respectively to study the failure forms of end connection structures under different bending loads. The test data show that the average value of the final bending failure of the two groups of tests is very close,and the end connection structure that has undergone 1 000 times bending fatigue tests is more likely to fail in the form of pulling out. Different failure trends indicate that fatigue test has an impact on the connection area,which should be paid enough attention in practice,and if necessary,the long-term fatigue characteristics should be evaluated.
