摘  要:目的:观察教学评价工具技能直接观察法(Direct Observation of Procedural Skills,DOPS)对医学机能实验学技能考核结果的影响。方法:2017级药学、制药本科学生4个班级,随机抽取2个班为实验组(55人),2个班为对照组(55人)。实验组在进行技能教学中进行3次DOPS作为形成性评价,对照组按照传统教学流程进行教学。比较实验组和对照组期末技能考试成绩的平均值。结果:期末技能考试成绩实验组(45.04±6.40)优于对照组(38.35±6.46),差异显著。结论:基于DOPS的形成性评价可有效提高学生医学机能学技能的学习效果及操作水平。Objective:to observe the effect of Direct Observation of Procedural Skills(DOPS)on the functional skill assessment of medical function.Methods:There were 4 classes of 2017 undergraduate students in pharmacy.The four classes were randomly divided into two groups,one group was the experimental group(55 students),the other group was the control group(55 students).In experimental group,DOPS was don e three times during skill teaching,while the control group was teached according to the traditional teaching process.The final exam’s DOPS score were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results:Final skills test scores of the experimental group(45.04±6.40)was superior to the control group(38.35±6.46),and it is significant difference.Conclusion:The formative evaluation based on DOPS can effectively improve the medical functional skills of students.
