摘 要:由于眼睛特殊的生理结构,眼部疾病(包括眼前段和眼后段)的治疗一直是充满挑战的。传统的给药方式,如局部给药和全身给药,生物利用度低,难以达到治疗效果。临床常用的眼部注射给药,虽可克服生物膜屏障,但一系列严重的不良反应使患者的耐受性差。微针,是一种微创无痛且具有穿透性的给药方式,可将药物递送至眼前段和眼后段,在眼部疾病的应用中受到了广泛的关注。目前,用于眼部药物递送的微针主要有涂布微针、中空微针和可溶微针3类,本文分别概述了3类眼用微针的代表性研究,分析各类微针的特点,为微针在眼部药物递送中的扩大应用提供参考。Due to the special physiological structure of the eye,the treatment of ocular diseases(including the anterior segment and posterior segment)has always been challenging.Conventional routes such as topical administration and systemic administration are inefficient for the targeted tissues owing to their extremely low bioavailability.Although ocular injections commonly used in clinic can overcome the barriers,a series of severe adverse reactions result in poor tolerance.Microneedles,as an invasive,painless and penetrating strategy,with the potentiality to deliver drugs to the anterior segment and posterior segment,has been extensively studied in the treatment of ocular diseases recently.Currently,coated microneedles,hollow microneedles and soluble microneedles have been developed for ocular drug delivery.Hence,this review summarized the representative studies and analyzed the characteristics of 3 kinds of ophthalmic microneedles,providing references for the expanded application of microneedles in ocular drug delivery.
