摘　　要：按照武器装备技术质量问题技术归零的要求,对某直升机主减滑油冷却装置斜流风机断轴现象采用故障树形式开展产品故障定位、机理分析,提出了产品改进措施。对采取的措施进行有效性试验验证;对造成问题的管理原因进行了分析、总结,可用作用户解决类似问题时参考。According to the technical Zeroing requirement of weapons and equipment technical quality problem,the shaft breaking phenomenon of inclined flow fan of a helicopter's mail lubricating oil cooling device was investigated.The fault tree was used to analyze the fault location and mechanism of products,and the improvement measure was put forward.The effectiveness of the measures was tested and verified.The management causes of the problems were analyzed and summarized,which could be used as a reference for the army to solve similar prolems.
