摘  要:承德毗邻京津,通达辽蒙,资源富集,是矿业大市,多年的矿业开发在有力的支撑了全市经济和社会发展的同时,也形成了大量的尾矿。钒钛铁尾矿作为承德地区典型工业固废,通过对其产排情况及综合利用情况分析,对尾矿综合开发利用探索和实践和首都生态环境及水资源安全提供了良好的参考,同时对推进承德市工业资源综合利用,打造京津冀水源涵养功能区,以及促进经济调结构、转方式的可持续发展模式具有重要意义。Chengde,adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin,access to Liaoning and Neimenggu enrichment of resources,is the market of mining,mining development for many years in the strong support of the city's economic and social development,at the same time,form a large amount of tailings,vanadium and titanium iron tailings as a typical industrial solid waste,Chengde,based on its production and the present situation of comprehensive utilization were analyzed,the author explores the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of tailings and practice and the ecological environment and water resources security provides a good reference,at the same time,promoting the comprehensive utilization of Chengde industrial resources makes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hehei area of water conservation and the sustainable development of the economic restructuring turn mode is of great significance.
