摘 要:森林是提供生态系统服务的重要基础,更是实现经济价值与环境保护相统一的纽带,因此,对森林生态系统服务的研究意义重大。为解决以往研究仅集中于单一服务内容的结果评价,而未能考虑数据的可信度和由多个内容组成的森林生态系统服务价值的累积影响问题,文章以中国第八次和第九次森林资源清查报告数据为主,采用信度分析与累积影响评价法处理了各项服务内容之间的累加变化与相互作用问题,以使结果更加客观合理。结果显示:在中国第八次和第九次森林资源清查中,吉林省的森林生态系统服务价值评价结果不存在累积影响且评价结果总体α信度系数值为0.750,证实评价结果具有一定可信度。然而,研究结果并不代表在服务价值评价时不用考虑累积影响,本研究的服务总价值等于各项服务价值之和,这可能与研究的数据和样本量有关。研究的创新点在于服务价值评估过程中考虑了数据的信度和累积影响等问题,弥补了以往服务价值评价方法的缺陷。开展本研究对国家以及各地区建立生态补偿机制和制定其他环保政策具有重要参考价值,也有利于中国政府建立可持续的环境与经济综合核算体系,并有助于服务价值评价方法的重新厘清。今后研究将重点关注各项服务机制的探讨以及如何建立生态效益补偿制度,以便从根本上解决森林管理的动力和机制问题。Forest is an important source of providing ecosystem services, and it is a common link between economic value and environmental protection. It is of great significance to study forest ecosystem services. To solve previous studies problem, which was only focused on result evaluation of single service content, and failed to consider the credibility of data and was composed of multiple content of the cumulative effect of forest ecosystem services value. The study used reliability analysis and cumulative effect assessment to deal with the problem of the cumulative change and interaction between service content, so as to make the evaluation result more objective and reasonable. The data of the eighth and ninth forest resources inventory in China were used as the main data. The results showed that two value evaluation results of forest ecosystem services had no cumulative effect on eighth and ninth evaluation results in Jilin province. The evaluation result of overall α reliability coefficient value was 0.750, which confirmed the results have certain credibility. However, the study results didn’t mean have to consider cumulative effect when forest ecosystem services value evaluation. The total services value of this research was equal to the sum of each service value;this might be mainly related to the research data and sample size. The innovation of the research considered of data reliability and cumulative effect in the services value assessment, it made up for the defects of previous services value evaluation method. The research, which carried out reliability analysis and cumulative effect assessment of forest ecosystem services, has important reference value for the establishment of ecological compensation mechanisms and the formulation of other environmental protection policies in China and regions. The research might also help Chinese government to establish a sustainable environmental and economic integrated accounting system.
