摘  要:从国内两家铝用炭阳极生产企业的长期生产数据入手,分析了微量元素对阳极空气反应残余率(ARR)的影响,建立了V、Na、Ni元素含量与阳极空气反应残余率的对应关系。通过对生产中微量元素的对比分析,建立了微量元素煅前混合石油焦与煅后焦、糊料、预焙阳极的富集系数。通过应用微量元素含量与阳极空气反应残余率的关系和微量元素富集系数,找到最佳的原料配比,降低生产高质量阳极的原料成本。Based on the long-term production data of two domestic aluminum carbon anode production enterprises, the influence of trace elements on air reaction residual rate of anode was analyzed, and the corresponding relationship between V, Na and Ni elements and air reaction residual rate of anode was established. The enrichment coefficients and relation of trace elements in mixed petroleum cokes before calcining, calcined coke, paste and prebaked anode are established by comparative analysis of trace elements in production. By using the relationship between trace elements and the residual rate of air reaction of anode and the enrichment coefficient of trace elements, the optimum ratio of raw materials is found to reduce the cost of producing high-quality anode materials.
