摘  要:北方农村地区用廉价秸秆压块燃料采暖是实现化石能源替代、减少污染物排放的重要措施。然而高效秸秆压块采暖炉的缺乏成为制约其发展的瓶颈。结合压块燃料燃烧特性,对前期研发的秸秆压块采暖装备进行优化设计与试验测试。结果表明:优化后自动送料装置可实现12 h无人值守,炉膛内火焰脉动强烈;烟气中NO_x、CO、烟尘质量浓度分别为62.48、522.04和31.10 mg/m^3,降幅率分别为31.5%、46.8%和35.2%;林格曼烟气黑度小于1,额定热功率为10.19 kW;热效率为84.69%,提高了6.54%。Straw briquette fuel heating is an important effectively method for replacing fossil energy and reducing atmospheric pollutant emissions in rural areas in northern China.However,the straw briquette heating stove is the bottleneck.So a novel household straw briquette heating boiler was optimum designed and tested.The results of test were that the heating stove can automatically operating for 12 hours.The pollutant emission of flue dust,NO_x and CO are 31.10,62.48,522.04 mg/m^3 respectively,reducing 35.2%,31.5%,46.8%respectively.The Ringelman emittance≤1,the heating power is 10.19 kW and the thermal efficiency is 84.69%.which increases 6.54%than that when the heating stove is not optimized.
