摘　　要：目的综合评价辽宁省疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse event following immunization,AEFI)监测系统运行质量。方法选取辽宁省6项AEFI监测评价指标,运用密切值法计算2009-2019年AEFI监测系统质量综合评价指标Ci,对各年监测质量进行排序。结果辽宁省2009-2019年AEFI监测质量综合评价指标Ci在0.00(2018年)-18.79(2009年)之间,即2018年监测质量最高,2009年最低。结论辽宁省2009-2019年AEFI监测质量呈上升趋势;密切值法可用于评价AEFI监测系统运行质量。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of surveillance for adverse events following immunization(AEFI) in Liaoning province.Methods We selected six indicators of AEFI surveillance quality in Liaoning and used the close-value method to determine comprehensive evaluation indicators Ci for the AEFI surveillance quality during 2009-2019 and to rank quality year by year.Results The comprehensive evaluation indicator Ci for the AEFI surveillance quality during 2009-2019 in Liaoning ranged from 0.00 in 2018 to 18.79 in 2009,indicating the highest quality in 2018 and the lowest in 2009.Conclusion The quality of AEFI surveillance in Liaoning showed an increasing trend during 2009-2019;the close-value method can be used for comprehensive evaluation of AEFI surveillance quality.
