摘 要:针对差动变压器式传感器的初级线圈采用铜质漆包线因温度变化而引起误差的缺点,提出了采用温度稳定性好的镍铬合金导线为初级线圈的差动变压器式传感器。理论分析了两种导线的温度特性和温度变化对差动变压器式传感器引起的误差,设计了两种导线为初级线圈的差动变压器式传感器测量系统,系统由差动变压器式传感器、信号调理电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和显示电路组成。实验结果表明:温度每上升20℃采用镍铬合金导线比铜质导线组成的系统其输出电压的相对误差减小了6.9%。Aiming at the shortcomings of copper enameled wire used in primary coil of differential transformer sensor,a differential transformer sensor using nickel-chromium alloy wire with good temperature stability as primary coil is proposed.The temperature characteristics of the two kinds of wires and the errors caused by the temperature changes on sensor are analyzed theoretically.A differential transformer sensor measuring system with two kinds of wires as primary coils is designed.The system consists of a differential transformer sensor,a signal conditioning circuit,a FPGA and a display circuit.The test results show that the relative error of output voltage of the system adopting nickel-chromium alloy wires is reduced by 6.9%for every 20℃rise in temperature,compared to that adopting copper conductor.
