摘 要:云台是相机与多旋翼无人机的连接设备。论述了多旋翼无人机三轴云台的平衡原理;根据常用航拍相机和多旋翼无人机尺寸和性能要求对增稳云台结构进行了设计;利用SolidWorks软件对增稳云台结构进行三维设计,主要有三个转动轴及相机夹持机构,保证各部位运动时不会互相干涉;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对增稳云台结构仿真优化,通过分析,验证增稳云台结构符合要求。The gimbal is the connection device between the camera and the multi-rotor LIAV.First,the balance principle of the multi-rotor UAV three-axis gimbal is discussed.Then the stabilization gimbal structure is designed according to the size and performance requirements of commonly used aerial cameras and multi-rotor UAV.And then the SolidWorks software is used to design the three-dimensional structure of the stabilizing gimbal.There are mainly three rotating shafts and a camera clamping mechanism to ensure that each part does not interfere with each other when it moves.Finally,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate and optimize the stabilization gimbal structure,and the analysis verified that the stabilization gimbal structure meets the requirements.
