摘  要:行星架结构较为复杂,且铸钢材料铸造性能差,因此行星架铸钢件浇注系统的设计对铸件的生产尤为重要。设计了阶梯式浇注方案,并运用模拟软件Procast对铸件充型过程的温度场、速度场和压力场进行仿真。结果表明,该浇注系统对铸件的充型能力充足,充型过程中钢液没有发生飞溅、卷气等现象;铸件充型快速、平稳,同时没有冷隔、浇不足、夹砂等缺陷,整体充型效果较好;阶梯式浇注系统设计合理。The structure of planetary frame is complex and the casting performance of cast steel material is poor.So the design of casting system of planetary frame is very important to the production of casting.In this paper,a stepped pouring scheme is designed,and the temperature field,velocity field and pressure field of mold filling process are simulated by ProCAST.Through analysis,it is proved that the designed gating system has sufficient filling capacity for the castings,and no splash and air entrainment of the molten steel occur during the filling process.With rapid and stable filling of the castings,and no defects such as cold separation,insufficient pouring and sand entrapment,the overall filling effect is better and the design of the stepped gating system is reasonable.
