羧甲司坦片联合布地奈德对哮喘患者气道功能及炎性反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析哮喘患者使用羧甲司坦片与布地奈德联合治疗对气道功能及炎性反应的效果。方法:选择新乡市中心医院2018年6月-2019年6月接收的100例哮喘患者,根据抽签法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以布地奈德治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组给予羧甲司坦片口服治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组临床疗效、气道功能及炎性反应。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组TEF25%、TEF75%及FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均较治疗前低,且观察组低于对照组。结论:哮喘患者使用羧甲司坦片与布地奈德联合治疗效果显著,可有效改善气道功能,减轻炎性反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of carbosteine tablets combined with budesonide on airway function and inflammatory response in asthma patients.Methods:100 asthma patients treated from June 2018 to June 2019 in the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the lottery method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given oral treatment of carbosteine tablets.After 1 week of treatment,the clinical efficacy,airway function and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of TEF25%,TEF75%and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were higher than befor etreatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of asthma patients with carboxetine tablets combined with budesonide has a significant effect,which can effectively improve airway function and reduce inflammatory reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
