当代资本主义经济反价值现象与启示——基于大卫·哈维反价值理论的阐释

摘　　要：基于马克思在《1857-1858年经济学手稿》等政治经济学论著中提及的“价值丧失”“价值否定”和“非价值”等概念相关论述,大卫·哈维在其最新著作《马克思与〈资本论〉》中深入研究了资本价值运动中的反价值问题,形成了较为系统的反价值理论。通过对哈维反价值理论梳理,指出反价值是资本价值运动过程与价值相对立统一的因素,其中包括对价值的否定、贬值和抵消以及对抗资本主义价值规律等情形。同时考察和探究包括智能化发展使得资本有机构成趋向无限大、产业空心化严重、信息商品零边际成本等当代资本主义经济中的一系列反价值现象,并分析其带来的具有许多时代特点的异化现象。最后,对照当代资本主义新变化,对我国社会主义市场经济高质量发展提出几点借鉴和启示。Based on Marx’s interrelated thesis on“the loss of value”,“the negation of value”and“not-value”in his political and economic works such as Manuscripts of Economics 1857-1858,David Harvey has deeply studied the anti-value issues in capital as value in motion in his latest book Marx,Capital and the Madness of Economic Reason,and formed a relatively systematic anti-value theory.Accordingly,this paper points out that the anti-value is an important factor to constitute a unity of opposites between the process and the value as far as the movement of capital as value in motion is concerned.It involves the denial of value,the devaluation,and the resistance to capitalist value law.At the same time,this paper investigates and explores a series of anti-value phenomena in contemporary capitalist economy,such as the infinite expansion of capital organic composition owing to the development of intelligentization,the serious hollowing out of industry,and the zero marginal cost of information goods.Moreover,it analyzes the resulting alienations that have many characteristics of the times.Finally,comparing the new changes of contemporary capitalism,this paper puts forward some reference and enlightenment for the high-quality development of the Chinese socialist market economy.
