摘 要:针对炮射环境下弹载天线的可靠性问题,设计了一种弹载天线的安装结构和固定方式,选取了热传导模型、初始条件和边界条件,在此基础上进行结构热力学分析,并对固定方式进行了理论验算。对天线结构和粘贴面的受力情况进行了仿真验证,结果表明,所有的作用力均小于结构的许用应力。采用高转速试验台并加电对天线在转速环境下的可靠度进行测试,实验结果表明,旋转加电和静态加电2种加电方法测试所得天线电压变化幅度很小,天线结构可靠。Aiming at the reliability of the missile-borne antenna in the gun-fire environment,a mounting structure and fixing method of the missile-borne antenna were designed.The heat conduction model,initial condition and boundary condition were selected.On this basis,the thermodynamic analysis was carried out,and the fixing method was theoretically checked.The force on the antenna structure and the adhesive surface was verified by simulation.The results show that all the forces are less than the allowable applied force of the structure.A high-speed test bench with current on was used to test the reliability of the antenna under the rotating speed environment.The experiment shows that the amplitude of the voltage change of the rotating power-on and static power-on test antenna is very small,and the antenna structure is reliable.
