摘  要:目的探讨广州市大气污染因素对急性出血性结膜炎(AHC)发病的影响。方法收集广州市2017—2019年AHC发病数据和同期二氧化氮、二氧化硫、PM10、一氧化碳、臭氧(O3)和PM2.5等大气污染物浓度以及温度和湿度等气象因素资料,使用Spearman相关分析和多元逐步回归法进行分析。结果2017—2019年广州市累计报告AHC病例477例。单因素和多因素分析结果显示,O3与AHC发病呈正相关(RR=1.002,95%CI:1.000~1.004);日平均O3达到366μg/m^(3)时,AHC的RR值最大,为1.404。结论大气污染的各类因素对AHC发病影响各有差异,O3是影响AHC发病的主要大气污染因素。Objective To explore the influence of air pollution on the incidence of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis disease(AHC)in Guangzhou city.Methods The incidence data of AHC and the surveillance results of air pollution including nitrogen dioxide(NO2),sulfur dioxide(SO2),PM10,carbon monoxide(CO),ozone(O3),PM2.5 and weather data including temperature and humidity in Guangzhou city from 2017 to 2019 were collected.The data was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis and stepwise regression.Results There were 477 AHC cases reported in Guangzhou from 2017 to 2019.Single and multiple factor analysis showed that O3 was positively correlated with the incidence of AHC(RR=1.002,95%CI:1.000-1.004).The RR of AHC was the highest of 1.404 when daily mean O3 was 366μg/m^(3).Conclusions Different factors of air pollution have different impacts on AHC.The O3 is the main air pollution affecting on the incidence of AHC.
