摘　　要：目的了解一起洗浴中心W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌感染疫情,为有效防控流行性脑脊髓膜炎提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学方法对杭州市某洗浴中心1例W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌感染患者和105名密切接触者进行调查,并采集咽拭子进行细菌分离鉴定。结果通过流行病学调查、临床症状和实验室检测结果,确诊患者为W135群流脑病例。在接受采样的103名密切接触者中,9人咽拭子样本分离到脑膜炎奈瑟菌,带菌率8.74%,其中1人鉴定为B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌感染。对密切接触者随访未出现后续病例。结论杭州市首次确诊W135群流脑病例,密切接触者中分离出B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌,警示该地区流行性脑脊髓膜炎流行菌群已发生变化。Objective To investigate an epidemic of serogroup W135 Neisseria meningitidis infections in a spa center,so as to provide references for effective disposals of the disease.Methods A field epidemiological method was conducted to investigate 1 patient with W135 invasive meningococcal infection and 105 close contacts in a spa center in Hangzhou,and throat swab specimens were collected for pathogen isolation and identification.Results According to the results of epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms and laboratory test,this patient was confirmed as a W135 meningococcal case.A total of 9 isolates of Neisseria meningitidis were identified from the throat swab specimens of 103 close contacts who accepted sampling,with positive rate of 8.74%.Additionally,1 case was identified as serogroup B infection and no other cases were confirmed subsequently.Conclusions This is the first W135 invasive meningococcal case detected in Hangzhou.Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B is isolated from the close contacts,which warns that the epidemic strain of cerebrospinal meningitis in this area has changed.
