网络化信息平台的延伸护理服务对Graves眼病患者遵医行为及心理弹性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察网络化信息平台的延伸护理服务对Graves眼病患者遵医行为及心理弹性的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月至2020年3月Graves眼病患者82例,按照入院顺序不同分为对照组41例、观察组41例。对照组采用常规延伸护理,观察组采用网络化信息平台的延伸护理。比较两组遵医行为、干预前后心理弹性(CD-RISC)及生活质量(TAO-QOL)、护理满意度。结果观察组遵医率95.12%(39/41)高于对照组75.60%(31/41)(P<0.05);干预后观察组CD-RISC、TAO-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度93.02%(40/41)高于对照组80.49%(33/41)(P<0.05)。结论网络化信息平台的延伸护理服务可改善Graves眼病患者遵医行为,提高其心理弹性和生活质量,增强其护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of extended nursing service on compliance behavior and psychological resilience of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy.Methods 82 patients with ophthalmopathy were selected from February 2018 to March Graves 2020,According to the order of admission,it was divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group received routine extended care,The observation group adopted the extended nursing of the networked information platform.The behaviors of compliance,psychological resilience(CD-RISC)and quality of life(TAO-QOL)before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results 95%compliance rate in observation group.95.12%per cent(39/41)was higher than the control group(75.60 per cent)(31/41)(P<0.05);The CD-RISC、TAO-QOL score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);93.02%(40/41)of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 80.49%(33/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing service of networked information platform can improve the compliance behavior of Graves eye patients,Improving their resilience and quality of life,Enhance their nursing satisfaction.
