摘  要:为探究黑水虻幼虫粉对肉鸡肠道食糜主要微生物数量和代谢产物的影响。试验选取2020年5—6月接种疫苗的铁脚麻雏鸡,饲养至23日龄后选取90只体形质量相似肉鸡随机分为组,A组予以基于玉米和豆粕的日粮饲养,B组为轻度脱脂黑水虻幼虫粉饲养,C组为高度脱脂黑水虻幼虫粉饲养,比较3组肠道食糜微生物数量及代谢产物。结果:A组中喂养食物中各项能量均低于B组和C组,C组中粗蛋白质、甲壳素、氨基酸、谷氨酸及亮氨酸含量高于B组,差异显著(P<0.05);表观消化率比较方面,3组赖氨酸、蛋白酸、谷氨酸无显著差异(P>0.05),A组脯氨酸消化率低于B组和C组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:黑水虻幼虫为一类较好昆虫蛋白质饲养原料,含有丰富粗蛋白质、粗脂肪以及丰富微量元素,可作为优质蛋白质饲料原料应用于肉鸡生产中。To study the influence of black soldier fly larva powder on the main microbial populations of the intestinal chyme and metabolic products for the broiler chicken.MaJi chicks of being vaccinated from May.2020 to Jun.were chosen as experimental subjects.After feeding for 21 days,90 broiler chickens with almost the same weight were randomly divided into three groups.Group A took corns and soybean meals;group B took the slightly skimmed black soldier fly larva powder;group C took the highly skimmed black soldier fly larva powder.The main microbial populations of the intestinal chyme and metabolic products were compared.Results:Food energy in group A was lower than group B and group C;crude protein,chitosan,amino acid,glutamic acid and leucine contents in group C were higher than group B(P<0.05);apparent digestibility rate of lysine,protein acid and glutamic acid levels among groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);digestibility rate of proline in group A was significantly lower than group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The black soldier fly larva is considered as the good protein materials owing to its rich crud protein,crude fat and microelements.It can be recommended in production.
