摘　　要：肉牛急性瘤胃臌气又被称为急性瘤胃臌胀,是牛羊等反刍动物短时间内采食易产生气体的饲料,造成瘤胃气体显著增、瘤胃运行障碍、体积显著增大、胃壁扩张、腹部维度显著突出,呼吸困难为主要特征的胃部疾病。该类疾病发生流行具有一定的季节性,以每年的初春和夏季发病率最高。放牧养殖环境下,养殖户没有做好牛群的看管工作,使牛在短时间内食用大量易产生气体的饲料如紫花苜蓿而引发疾病。该类疾病重在预防,要严格控制青绿多汁饲料和产气饲料的投喂,加强牛群的看管和护理,增加运动量。该文主要论述放牧肉牛急性瘤胃臌气的诊断与治疗。Acute rumen bloat in beef cattle,also known as ccute rumen bloat,is a short term intake of gaseous feed by cattle,sheep,and other ruminantia,causes the rumen gas to increase obviously,the Rumen movement barrier,the volume to increase obviously,the stomach wall dilates,the abdomen dimension is prominent,the dyspnea is the main characteristic stomach disease.The prevalence of this disease has a certain seasonal,to the early spring and summer incidence of the highest.Under the environment of grazing and breeding,the farmer did not take care of the cattle,so the cattle ate a lot of gas-producing feed such as alfalfa in a short time and caused disease.It is important to control the feeding of green succulent feedstuff and gas-producing feedstuff,strengthen the care and nursing of cattle,and increase the amount of exercise.The diagnosis and treatment of acute rumen bloat in grazing beef cattle were discussed in this paper.
