摘　　要：目的观察与研究AO锁骨钩钢板固定在骨科创伤急诊中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月我院收治的70例骨科创伤急诊患者,将其随机编号(1~70号),根据编号分为两组,其中常规组(1~35号)采取克氏针固定,研究组(36~70号)给予AO锁骨钩钢板固定,比较两种治疗方式的治疗效果与价值。结果研究组总有效率为97.14%(34/35),明显高于常规组的80.00%(28/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为5.71%(2/35),明显低于常规组的25.71%(9/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肩关节功能评分明显高于常规组,伤口愈合时间明显短于常规组,疼痛评分明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予骨科创伤急诊患者AO锁骨钩钢板固定治疗,能够极大地提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有效改善患者关节功能、伤口愈合时间、疼痛情况,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的应用与推广价值。Objective To observe and study the application effect and value of AO clavicular hook plate fixation in orthopedic trauma emergency.Methods A total of 70 orthopedic trauma emergency patients from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into the two groups according to the number(No.1-70).The conventional group(No.1-35)was fixed with Kirschner wire,and the study group(No.36-70)was fixed with AO clavicular hook plate.The therapeutic effects and values of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.14%(34/35)in the study group,which was higher than that of 80.00%(28/35)in the conventional group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 5.71%(2/35)in the study group,which was lower than that of 25.71%(9/35)in the conventional group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The joint function score in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,the wound healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the pain score was lower than that in the conventional group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life state in the study group were all higher than those in the conventional group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion AO clavicular hook plate fixation for orthopedic trauma emergency patients can greatly improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,effectively ameliorate the joint function,wound healing time and pain of patients,and improve their quality of life.It is of great value for application and promotion.
