摘  要:目的探究多普勒超声在评价心律失常患者消化功能及心室功能方面的应用。方法选择2014年1月至2019年1月我院接诊的80例心律失常患者为实验组,另选取同期于我院接受体格检查的50例健康者作为对照组,使用多普勒超声对两组胃排空时间、禁食时胃窦部容积(AV)、右室前壁厚度(RVAW)、右室舒张末期内径(RVDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)进行评估,并进行组间差异性比较。结果实验组胃排空时间为(31.29±5.49)min,高于对照组的(24.19±6.88)min,禁食时AV为(18.29±4.29)mL,大于对照组的(13.81±3.66)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组RVAW为(3.01±0.51)mm、RVDD为(18.71±2.11)mm、LVESD为(23.97±3.12)mm、LVDD为(46.10±3.44)mm,均低于对照组的(3.49±0.43)mm、(21.28±2.33)mm、(28.98±4.10)mm和(49.18±3.33)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比健康者,心律失常患者出现胃排空时间延长、胃窦部容积增加等消化功能变化及心室功能变化,可通过多普勒超声检测对心律失常患者实施消化功能和心室功能的评估,便于后期诊疗的开展。Objective To explore the application of doppler ultrasound in evaluating the digestive function and ventricular function of patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 80 patients with arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and another 50 healthy people who received a physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Doppler ultrasound was used to examine the gastric emptying time,the gastric antrum volume(AV)during fasting,the thickness of the right ventricular anterior wall(RVAW),right ventricular end diastolic diameter(RVDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD)and differences between groups were compared.Results The gastric emptying time of the experimental group was(31.29±5.49)min,which higher than that(24.19±6.88)min of the control group,and the fasting AV was(18.29±4.29)mL of the experimental group,which longer than that(13.81±3.66)mL of the control group,which had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The RVAW was(3.01±0.51)mm,RVDD was(18.71±2.11)mm,LVESD was(23.97±3.12)mm,LVDD was(46.10±3.44)mm of the experimental group,which were lower than those of the control group([3.49±0.43]mm,[21.28±2.33]mm,[28.98±4.10]mm,[49.18±3.33]mm),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,patients with arrhythmia had digestive function changes such as prolonged gastric emptying time,increased gastric antrum volume,and ventricular function changes.Doppler ultrasound can be used to evaluate digestive and ventricular function,to facilitate the development of later diagnosis and treatment.
