摘 要:2020年是我国"十三五"(2016-2020年)规划的收官之年,也是决战脱贫攻坚、决胜全面建成小康社会的关键之年。2021-2025年是我国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年计划时期,也是"两个一百年"奋斗目标的历史交汇期,是中国特色社会主义新时代全面建设社会主义现代化强国的开局起步期。扶贫先扶志、扶贫必扶智,教育是阻断贫困代际传递的根本之策。鉴于此,在当下历史节点,全面总结和系统检视我国教育促进乡村扶贫与振兴取得的成就,厘清现状与问题,研判未来五年工作面临的新挑战与新特征,明确提出我国"十四五"时期全面建设小康社会后教育扶贫工作的目标、内容与任务等诸项行动实施建议,对国家相关部门科学编制"十四五"教育发展规划具有重大实践意义。2020 is the year when China’s 13 th five year plan(2016-2020)ends successfully,and it is also a crucial year to fight against poverty and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The period from 2021 to 2025 is the period of the fourteenth five year plan for China’s national economic and social development.It is also the historical intersection period of the two centenary goals.It is also the initial stage of building a strong socialist country in an all-round way in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To fight against poverty,it is necessary to establish faith and improve the intelligence.Education is the fundamental policy to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.In view of this,currently it is crucial to comprehensively summarize and systematically review the achievements of education in promoting rural poverty alleviation and revitalization,clarify the status quo and problems,study and judge the new challenges and features of the work in the next five years,and clearly put forward the implementation suggestions of the goals,contents and tasks of education poverty alleviation work after the 14 th Five Year Plan period,which is of great academic value and practical significance for the relevant departments to scientifically formulate the 14 th five year plan for educational development.
