摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的环境问题逐渐受到国家和人民的重视。要想完善现有的环境保护治理体制机制,就必须坚持生态文明思想路线,坚持可持续发展战略,全面加强党和政府对生态环境保护的领导,以此来完善和健全现有的保护体制。此外,近年来我国加大力度保护生态环境,以建立绿色环保国家为基本理念,以推进国家的治理能力和基本的治理体系为总目标,不断完善环保治理体制。因此完善环境保护治理体制机制,是我国生态环保治理体制的重要组成部分,也是现阶段国家发展的基本要求。Since the reform and opening up,my country’s environmental problems have gradually received special attention from the country and people.To improve the existing environmental protection management system and mechanism,it is necessary to adhere to the ecological civilization ideological line,adhere to the sustainable development strategy,and comprehensively strengthen the party government’s leadership of ecological environmental protection to improve and improve the existing protection leadership system.In addition,in recent years,my country has increased its efforts to protect the ecological environment,with the basic concept of establishing a green and environmentally friendly country,and the overall goal of advancing the country’s governance capabilities and basic governance system,and constantly improving the environmental protection governance system.Effectively improving the environmental protection governance system is an important part of my country’s ecological and environmental protection governance system.It is also a basic requirement for national development at this stage.
