通阳活血汤足部护理联合六字诀呼吸操对COPD患者呼吸功能及血栓前状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探究通阳活血汤足部护理联合六字诀呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能及血栓前状态的影响。方法选择医院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的100例COPD急性发作患者,按照性别、年龄、病程具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用六字诀呼吸操锻炼,观察组采用通阳活血汤足部护理联合六字诀呼吸操锻炼。两组患者治疗14d。比较患者临床应用效果、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC;比较患者动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))。结果观察组患者临床应用效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均有改善,观察组患者指标高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、SaO_(2)均有改善,观察组患者PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组患者,PaCO2低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通阳活血汤联合六字诀呼吸操可有效改善COPD急性发作患者肺功能、血气水平、血栓前状态,临床应用效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of applying Tongyang Huoxue decoction for foot care combined with six-character formula breathing exercises on respiratory function and prethrombotic state of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)patients.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with acute COPD who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of sex,age,and disease course,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used six-character formula breathing exercises,the observation group used Tongyang Huoxue decoction foot care combined with six-character formula breathing exercises,and two groups of patients were treated for 14 days to compare patients'clinical application effects,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second in forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and patients'arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2).Results The clinical application effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC of the two groups of patients improved after treatment,and the indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 of the two groups of patients improved after treatment,the PaO2 and SaO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tongyang Huoxue decoction combined with six-character formula breathing exercises can effectively improve the lung function,blood gas level,and prethrombotic state in patients with acute COPD attacks,and the clinical application effect was good.
