切开挂线术治疗低位复杂性肛瘘54例疗效分析

摘　　要：为评价切开挂线术治疗低位复杂性肛瘘的疗效及并发症。选取54例低位复杂性肛瘘患者,均采用切开挂线术治疗。观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、尿潴留、住院时间、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕、肛门功能及临床疗效。结果显示,治愈53例,无效1例。手术平均时间为36.4min,术中平均出血量为33.2mL,术后切口疼痛平均评分为6.9分,尿潴留平均评分为1.6分,平均住院时间为6.6d,切口平均愈合时间为27.3d,切口瘢痕平均评分为2.3分,肛门功能平均评分为2.8分。结果表明,切开挂线术治疗低位复杂性肛瘘疗效确切,可有效保护肛门功能。This study was to investigate the effect of incision&thread-drawing procedure for low complex anal fistula,as well operating complication,enrolled 54cases met above condition,and performed incision&thread-drawing procedure on them;then observed operating time,intraoperatively bleeding volume,postoperative pain,uroschesis,hospitalization stay,wound healing time,incision scar,anal function,and clinical effect.As results,in the 54cases 53were cured,1of non-response;averaged operating time was 36.4min,intraoperatively bleeding volume was 33.2mL,the score ratings on wound pain was 6.9points,the averaged score ratings on uroschesis was 1.6points,averaged hospitalization stay was 6.6days,averaged healing time of wound was 27.3days,averaged score ratings on wound scar was 2.3points,and,averaged score ratings on anal function was 2.8points.Results show that incision&thread-drawing procedure for low complex fistula in ano has certain effect,and can effectively protect anal function.
