区域医疗联合体背景下医疗器械协同管理实践探讨

摘　　要：医疗器械在医疗联合体(以下简称医联体)建设中起着硬件支持和基础保障的关键性作用,是推动医联体高效运转、保障诊疗安全、提升区域医疗水平的重要方面。作者以实现区域医联体内医疗器械高质量协同管理为目标,探索涉及人员、财务、物资、技术等的全方位管理体系,形成协同管理路径。通过在医联体内建立互联互通、资源共享、统一质量控制、精准调配、医学工程人才培养等多个维度的管理机制,形成区域医联体内医疗器械保障联合体,从而有效提升区域医疗器械整体保障能力,助力医联体建设健康发展。Medical devices play a key role in hardware support and basic guarantee in the construction of medical alliance,which is an important aspect to promote the efficient operation of medical alliance,ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment,and improve the level of regional medical treatment.In order to realize the high-quality collaborative management of medical devices in the regional medical alliance,the authors explored a comprehensive management system involving personnel,finance,materials,technology,etc.,and formed a collaborative management path.Through the establishment of a multi-dimensional management mechanism in the medical alliance,such as interconnection,resource sharing,unified quality control,precise deployment,and personnel training,a regional medical device guarantee consortium could be formed,so as to effectively improve the overall support ability of regional medical devices and help the healthy development of the medical alliance.
