摘　　要：作者系统介绍了我国香港急救医疗服务管理体系,对比了香港和内地急救医疗服务运行模式和管理方式的差异,为提高我国内地急诊及院前急救管理水平提出建议:完善急诊分诊系统,加大急救管理制度建设力度,稳定急诊急救人才队伍,理顺急救管理机制,提高服务水平和患者体验感,加强公众培训。The authors systematically introduced the emergency medical service management system in Hong Kong,compared the differences in the operation mode and management mode of emergency medical service between Hong Kong and mainland hospitals,and put forward some suggestions for improving the emergency and pre hospital emergency management level in China's Mainland:improving the emergency triage system,strengthening the construction of emergency management system,stabilizing the emergency personnel team,rationalizing the emergency management mechanism,improving the service level and patient experience,and strengthening public training.
