摘　　要：病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,是深部组织损伤愈合不良的结果。近年来研究发现A型肉毒毒素在病理性瘢痕形成过程中对瘢痕周围的张力、成纤维细胞的增殖、炎症因子释放与血管的生成以及瘢痕疼痛有重要的作用。在临床中也发现A型肉毒毒素对病理性瘢痕有着较好的疗效。而相对于单独使用A型肉毒毒素,与其他方法联合使用防治病理性瘢痕更有效果。现就A型肉毒毒素对病理性瘢痕的作用机制和临床应用进行综述,为病理性瘢痕的治疗提供新思路。Pathological scar includes hypertrophic scar and keloid,which is the result of poor healing of deep tissue injury.In recent years,it has been found that Botulinum toxin Type A plays an important role in the process of pathological scar formation,such as the tension around the scar,the proliferation of fibroblasts,the release of inflammatory factors,the formation of blood vessels and scar pain.In addition,it has been found that Botulinum toxin Type A has A good therapeutic effect on pathological scars.Compared with the use of botulinum toxin Type A alone,combined use with other methods is more effective in preventing and treating pathological scars.In this paper,the mechanism and clinical application of Botulinum toxin type A on pathological scar are reviewed to provide new ideas for the treatment of pathological scar.
