摘  要:张家口市奥林匹克体育中心速滑馆为了实现丰富的建筑造型而采用异形曲面管桁架结构,给管桁架的加工制作带来困难。为了探析管桁架制作技术流程,通过某体育馆异形曲面管桁架的加工制作,得出施工前进行精细的深化设计,采用先进的相贯线切割设备,严格控制相贯线切割精度,合理安排拼装和施焊顺序,能够很好地保证相贯线焊接质量,使管桁架的精度达到现场安装要求,为同类项目提供参考。More and more stadiums adopt special-shaped curved tube truss structures in order to achieve rich architectural shapes, which made it difficult to manufacture tube truss. In order to analyze the technical process of tube truss production, through the processing and production of a special-shaped curved tube truss in a gymnasium,a detailed and deep design were obtained before construction. Using advanced intersecting line cutting equipment,the author strictly controlled the accuracy of intersecting line cutting, and arranged the assembly. The welding sequence could ensure the welding quality of the intersecting lines, made the accuracy of the pipe truss met the requirements of on-site installation, and provided production technology standards for similar projects.
