摘　　要：文章通过调研体育院校图书馆资源建设和服务现状,并针对目前存在的问题和困境,提出了体育院校图书馆的发展对策。体育院校图书馆可利用编制“十四五”战略规划的契机,以机构重组为抓手,以深化和拓展服务为主线,走联盟共享之路,提高资源保障能力和服务效能,为推动体育学科和体育院校的发展做出更大的贡献。Investigating the current situation of library resources construction and service and in view of the existing problems and difficulties,this paper puts forward some countermeasures of sports academic libraries.Taking advantage of the opportunity of compiling the"14th Five-Year plan",sports academic libraries should take the department reorganization as the starting point,deepen and expand services as the main line,strengthen alliance sharing,improve the ability of resource guarantee and service efficiency,and make greater contribution to the development of sports disciplines and sports colleges.
