摘　　要：物联网技术在建筑业正在得到越来越广泛的应用,而物联网平台是物联网技术的关键部分。文章集合建筑业行业特点,提出了一种建筑类企业建设物联网平台的方案,从建筑企业物联网平台的需求分析入手,阐述了建筑企业物联网平台的设计原则、设计目标、平台设计架构和平台建设的关键技术等内容,为建筑类企业物联网平台的建设提供了参考。Internet of things technology is more and more widely used in the construction industry,and the Internet of things platform is the key part of the Internet of things technology.Based on the characteristics of the construction industry,this paper puts forward a scheme for construction enterprises to build the Internet of things platform.Starting from the demand analysis of the Internet of things platform of construction enterprises,this paper expounds the design principles,design objectives,platform design framework and key technologies of platform construction of the Internet of things platform for construction enterprises,which provides a certain reference for the construction of the construction enterprise Internet of things platform.
