摘　　要：医疗质量与安全智慧化管理是智慧医疗服务体系的重要内容。"十四五"时期,依托高度信息化的智慧医院,推动医院医疗质量与安全监控网络平台智慧化运行,以实现其智慧化管理。然而,当前医院信息化程度和智慧服务水平不高、智慧化监管的体制机制尚不健全、智慧化管理理念和行为观念落后等问题影响着医疗质量与安全智慧化管理。因此,需要进一步加强智慧医院信息化建设投入力度、完善智慧化管理组织保障体系、构建医疗质量与安全智慧化预警机制和提升智慧化监管宣传力度。Medical quality and safety intelligent management is the important content of intelligent medical treatment system.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the intelligent operation of medical quality and safety monitoring network platform should be promoted to realize the intelligent management in hospitals with the support of the highly informationized intelligent hospital.However,several current practical issues affected the intelligent management of medical quality and safety,including the lower hospital information service level,the sound intelligent regulatory mechanism and system,and the unenlightened management and medical behavior concepts.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen investment in hospital informationization construction,perfect intelligent management organization system,build medical quality and security intelligence early warning mechanism,and enhance the publicity of intelligent supervision for medical quality and safety.
