摘 要:目的探讨综合质控反馈在医疗质量改进中的应用。方法应用纸质版《质控反馈简报》、网络版《质控反馈简报》、中层干部会质控反馈、专题质控反馈会、临床科室质控反馈会等综合性质控反馈形式,根据反馈场景不同作出适宜调整,相互取长补短。结果质控数据持续向好,核心制度落实率显著提升,一批质量改进项目获得各种大奖,全院质量意识显著增强。结论质控反馈是连接质控检查与质量改进的桥梁,本质是沟通,良好的质控反馈有助于培育质量文化。采取综合性质控反馈,相互取长补短,可以发挥整合协同效应。Objective To explore the application of comprehensive quality control feedback in the improvement of medical quality control.Methods The paper Quality Control Feedback Briefing,network Quality Control Feedback Briefing,middle-level cadre meeting quality control feedback,special quality control feedback meeting,clinical department quality control feedback meeting and other comprehensive quality control feedback forms were used to make appropriate adjustments according to different feedback scenarios,and make up for each others’strengths and weaknesses.Results The quality control data of the hospital continued to improve,the implementation rate of the core system improved significantly,a number of quality control improvement projects successively won various awards,and the quality awareness of the whole hospital enhanced significantly.Conclusion Quality control feedback is the bridge between quality control inspection and quality control improvement.Its essence is communication,and good quality control feedback is helpful to cultivate quality culture.Taking comprehensive quality control feedback and learning from each other’s strengths and weaknesses can play an integrated synergistic effect.
