摘　　要：目的通过对北京某综合医院不同支付方式下患者住院费用的分析,为有效控制住院患者费用增长提供改革和管理建议。方法采用多元回归模型对案例医院2015—2019年住院患者数据进行分析。结果患者支付方式与住院费用显著相关,保险患者的住院费用、住院天数和年住院次数较自费患者有不同程度的升高。结论应加大医保基金监管力度、规范临床诊疗行为、提高医疗资源利用效率、减少医疗资源浪费,是降低患者费用负担的有效途径。Objective Based on the analysis of the inpatient expenses with different payment methods in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing,some suggestions are provided on the reform and management to control the increase of patient expense effectively.Methods The multiple regression model was employed to analyze the inpatient cost data of the case hospital from 2015 to 2019.Results Patients’payment method is significantly related to the hospitalization expenses.The hospitalization expenses,hospitalization days and hospitalization times per year of the insured patients are higher than those of self-paid patients.Conclusion The effective methods to reduce the cost burden of patients are to strengthen the supervision of medical insurance funds,standardize clinical diagnosis and treatment,improve the efficiency of medical resource utilization,and reduce the medical resource waste.
