摘  要:目的以上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院彩虹家园志愿者服务中心的志愿者为例,探索公立医院志愿者的参与动机、激励期待以及决定因素,进一步提升医院志愿者工作的管理能力。方法采用整群抽样法,应用《志愿者功能量表》(VFI)对200名志愿者进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄、不同职业、不同性别的志愿者在动机各维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄的志愿者期望的激励因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),志愿者的整体满意度较高。结论医院开展志愿服务有较大优势,要尊重并接纳志愿者的多维动机基于志愿行为动机提供差异性激励方案,促进个人价值与社会价值的共同实现,结合精神鼓励和物质奖励双重要素提供激励措施,让志愿者更有"被激励感"。Objective Through a survey of volunteers of the Rainbow Home Volunteer Service Center of Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,to study the motivation,incentive methods and determinants of volunteers in public hospitals,so as to improve the management ability of hospital volunteers work.Methods The Volunteer Function Inventory(VFI)questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 patients by random sampling pattern.Results There was statistically significant difference in all dimensions from volunteers of different ages,professions and genders(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference of incentive desire of volunteers of different ages(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of volunteers was relatively high.Conclusion There are great advantages in developing volunteer services in hospital systems.It is suggested to respect and accept multi-dimensional motivations of volunteers to meet the functional needs drove by difference motivations,so as to better promote the realization of personal value and social value.Incentive measures should be proposed through combining with the moral encouragements and material rewards,so that volunteers will be allowed to have more"sense of accomplishment".
