摘  要:为筛选防治西瓜根结线虫病害安全高效的防治技术,对硫酰氟熏蒸剂防治西瓜根结线虫的效果进行评价。结果表明,与空白对照相比,硫酰氟熏蒸剂50 g/m^(2)处理根结线虫的增长率为-34.39%,显著降低了土壤中根结线虫的数量。硫酰氟熏蒸剂对根结线虫的防治效果达71.78%,显著高于阿维菌素的防效62.10%。该研究提供了一种气态熏蒸剂防治西瓜根结线虫的方法,能够减少化学农药的使用量,对保护农业生态环境具有重要意义。For screening safe and efficient control techniques to control root knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita in watermelon production,the effect of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation agent on root knot nematode was evaluated.The results showed that the growth rate of nematode treated with sulfuryl fluoride fumigation agent 50 g/m 2 was-34.39%,which significantly reduced the number of root knot nematodes in the soil compared with the control.The control effect of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation agent was 71.78%,which was significantly better than the treatment of abamectin 62.10%.The study provides a method for the control of watermelon root knot nematode by gas fumigation,which would be useful for reducing the dosage of chemical pesticides and protecting agricultural ecological environment.
